Teenagers and preteens are smart and capable, but they can also be their own worst enemies. All they need is an outlet for their frustrations and an opportunity to learn how to be their best.
An organized team sport isn't the answer for everyone. 7 out of 10 players QUIT organized sport by the age of 13. The results we value most are from skill acquisition and development! Our goal is to have fun in class, minimize down time, and teach kids how to grapple, wrestle, and kickbox in a safe and productive environment. These skills live with your child for the rest of their lives!!

We understand all too well what it's like to raise kids. The foundation of discipline should always start with the home, but sometimes it is hard to see and understand a challenge from within. Whether it's a coach in a team sport or the guidance of a martial arts instructor, the value and positive impact of an outside mentor cannot be overstated.
My child plays xyz sport. Will jiu jitsu help on the field/court/mat?
ABSOLUTELY!!!!! We have kids training with us to complement the individual sport they love. Training sessions will develop their motor skills, boost metabolism, improve balance, improve flexibility, gain strength, and develop better spatial awareness. You can expect to see your child's athleticism enhanced and improved overall performance in other sports.
