Getting into shape can be a challenge if you don’t work your entire body. Studying Kickboxing uses all major muscle groups, helping to give you the strength, flexibility, and stamina you need.
This class focuses primarily on striking concepts, incorporating the use of punching, kicking, knees, elbows, and clinch fighting.
We offer striking class to kids as well, with a higher emphasis on our core tenet of discipline.
